Venturing Out C I C also offers a wide range of activities that match the criteria of the DofE physical module and are able to offer these in a flexible manner. An example may be development of paddling skills, working towards BCU star awards or working through the Go Mountain Bike syllabus.

 We have qualified assessors accredited by the DofE for all levels. Assessors are available to assess non associated groups as well as those who choose Venturing Out CIC as their provider.

We offer expeditions & training modules as follows:

Included in the price:

• Initial meeting and presentation.

• Joining instruction pack including all relevant forms.

• We will complete operating authority notifications, green forms and risk assessments.

• Training by friendly, qualified and very experienced staff.

• Supervision throughout the expeditions from very experienced and qualified staff.

• Facilitation of the DofE training framework including route planning sessions and 1st aid training.

• Accredited assessor for the qualifying expedition and the submission of assessor reports.

• All expedition equipment including cycles, water craft and appropriate safety equipment
