New to Stand Up Paddleboarding? Come and have your first experience in a fun, safe environment. SUP is very accessible and everyone should try it at least once. Learn the basic strokes and be standing up and paddling in no time. We think you’ll be back for more!

Launching safely
Paddling kneeling down
Paddling standing up
Basic paddling – forwards, backwards and turning
Self-rescue techniques
